Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of All American Spa Repair Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services Provided

All American Spa Repair Services provides spa and pool equipment repair, replacement, installation, and maintenance services in Los Angeles and Ventura County, California. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Spa heater repair and replacement
• Pool heater repair and replacement
• Spa and pool pump repair and replacement
• Filter repair and replacement
• Jet repair and replacement
• Saltwater system installation and repair
• Smart automation installation and repair
• Seasonal spa cleaning and maintenance

Service Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates with a signed service repair contract. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual condition of equipment upon inspection
• Additional repairs or parts required
• Changes in scope of work requested by the customer
• Availability and cost of replacement parts

We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Past due accounts may be subject to late fees and collection efforts.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We make every effort to arrive within scheduled appointment windows. However, service times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a warranty on parts and labor:

• Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by product
• Our labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature
• Warranty is void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All American Spa Repair Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our services
• Any interruption or cessation of services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services
• Any errors or omissions in content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your spa or pool equipment
• Ensure safe access to equipment for our technicians
• Inform us of any known hazards or safety concerns
• Maintain your equipment according to manufacturer recommendations
• Provide timely payment for services rendered

Emergency Services

Emergency service requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to emergency calls as quickly as possible, but response times are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of All American Spa Repair Services and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All American Spa Repair Services and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
